For hotel-only reservations. Additional destinations, extensive research, and itinerary planning are available through Custom Travel Planning.
Every trip is a little different, and your planning fee reflects the time, research, and personalized attention that goes into making it yours.
Cruises & All-Inclusives: $150 per cabin or room
Custom Travel Planning:
Up to 7 days: $150 per adult
8–14 days: $200 per adult
Children under 18: $50 per child
$300 minimum planning fee
Hotel Reservations: $75 per reservation
Extended trips, multiple destinations, group travel, and more complex itineraries are quoted individually. Flight research and booking services are available for an additional fee, quoted based on your travel needs.
All planning fees are nonrefundable and collected before research begins. You'll always receive your exact fee and a clear outline of services before committing, no surprises along the way.

Not at all. Hawaii is one of my favorite destinations and an area of specialty, but I also plan European vacations, honeymoons, family trips, cruises, girls' getaways, and bucket-list adventures around the world.

Why do you charge planning fees?
Can you help with group trips?
Absolutely. Group travel is one of my favorite things to plan, whether it's a girls' getaway, family reunion, retreat, or company conference.
Can I make changes to my itinerary?
Of course! Each service includes a set number of revisions so we can fine-tune the details. Hotel Reservations includes one round of revisions, while Cruises & All-Inclusives and Custom Travel Planning include two. Significant changes or additional planning beyond the original scope may require an additional fee, which will always be discussed upfront.
What if I don't know exactly where I want to go?
That's completely okay! You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Share what you do know such as your budget, travel dates, interests, or even just the kind of vacation you're dreaming about and we'll take it from there.
