## Travel Planning Services & Policies
### Planning Fees & Payment
The Inspired Escape LLC charges professional planning fees for travel research, recommendations, booking coordination, and itinerary development.
Planning fees are separate from travel expenses and are based on the services requested, number of travelers, trip duration, destinations, and overall complexity.
Clients will receive a personalized planning fee quote and description of included services before any planning work begins. Payment is required before research and planning services commence.
Planning fees are nonrefundable once paid, except as otherwise required by applicable law or agreed upon in writing. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate a prospective client to purchase services.
### Scope of Services
The Inspired Escape currently offers three primary travel planning services:
**Hotel Reservations:** Includes up to three hotel recommendations, accommodation comparisons, reservation assistance, and one round of revisions.
**Cruises & All-Inclusives:** Includes up to three cruise or resort recommendations, pricing and amenity comparisons, reservation coordination, relevant travel recommendations, pre-departure guidance and support, and two rounds of revisions.
**Custom Travel Planning:** Includes personalized accommodation recommendations, ground transportation planning, curated activity and excursion recommendations, reservation assistance where available, a customized digital itinerary, pre-departure guidance and support, and two rounds of revisions.
The specific services included in each client's planning experience will be outlined in their individual planning agreement.
Flight research, coordination, and booking are not included in standard Custom Travel Planning services. These services may be available for an additional fee, quoted and approved separately.
### Revisions & Additional Services
Each planning service includes a specified number of revisions.
A revision round consists of one consolidated set of reasonable changes to the original recommendations or itinerary within the agreed-upon scope.
Additional revisions, changes to destinations or travel dates, expanded research requests, or significant itinerary modifications may require an additional planning fee.
Any additional fees will be communicated to and approved by the client before additional work begins.
### Reservations, Changes & Cancellations
All travel reservations are subject to the terms, conditions, availability, and cancellation policies of the applicable travel suppliers.
Supplier-imposed fees, penalties, and refund policies are separate from The Inspired Escape's professional planning fees.
Changes to confirmed reservations may result in additional supplier charges or service fees.
The Inspired Escape cannot guarantee availability, pricing, upgrades, or specific amenities unless confirmed by the applicable travel supplier.
### Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate traveler information, reviewing booking details, and ensuring they have the necessary passports, visas, identification, and travel documentation.
Clients are encouraged to review applicable destination entry requirements, health advisories, and travel restrictions before departure.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Clients are responsible for reviewing available coverage options and determining whether to purchase a policy.
### Communication & Support
The Inspired Escape provides planning assistance and pre-departure guidance within the scope of the selected service.
Unless separately agreed upon in writing, planning services do not include 24-hour concierge assistance or continuous in-destination support.
For urgent issues during travel, clients should contact the applicable travel supplier, emergency assistance provider, or travel insurance company directly.
